+ QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program: The QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program gives outstanding low-income high school juniors an early advantage in college admissions. College Prep Scholars are uniquely prepared to gain admission and full scholarships to top-tier colleges through QuestBridge. The majority are also selected as Finalists for the National College Match. Being selected as a College Prep Scholar is a notable distinction that celebrates your achievements and gives you an early start in applying to college. Learn more and apply here. + 3DObject Modeling and Printing Camp at Gettysburg College: Spend 5 days at Gettysburg College, studying” 3D 3D object modeling and printing starting with the basics of a 3D printer. After learning the fundamentals, [you] will practice designing objects. For more information, visit the website. Program Duration: June 25th – June 30th, 2017. Apply By: May 1st, but applications are considered on a rolling basis.

+ Stanford University Mathematics Camp (SUMaC): At SUMaC, a group of talented rising high school juniors and seniors from around the world come to Stanford for intensive study in advanced mathematics through lectures, guided research, and group problem solving. In a social environment centered on mathematics, students explore current lines of mathematical research and applications across scientific disciplines. Program Duration: July 16 – August 11, 2018. Apply By: Selected on a first come, first served basis.
+ Boston University Program in Mathematics for Young Scientists: PROMYS is a challenging 6-week program designed to encourage ambitious high school students (who are at least 15 years old) to explore the creative world of mathematics. Each summer, approximately 80 high school students from around the country gather on the campus of Boston University for six weeks of rigorous mathematical activity. Through their intensive efforts to solve an assortment of unusually challenging problems in Number Theory, participants will practice the art of mathematical discovery. See more details here. + Bryn Mawr Mathily: Open to any high school student with a passion for math. Class meets for about 7 hours per day, in two shifts (morning and evening), 6 days per week. Each class has a Lead Instructor who is a mathematician with a Ph.D. and one or two Apprentice Instructors who are graduate or undergraduate mathematics students. You'll learn how to be a mathematician---that includes acquiring good thinking habits, good problem-solving habits, and good writing habits. That will help you excel in collegiate mathematics classes and other collegiate classes, and for that matter in internships and research programs in many fields. See this link for more details. Program duration: July 1 - August 4, 2018. Apply By: Applications received before April 25, 2018 will receive full consideration. After that point, applications will be considered only if you ask nicely and if we have any space left.
+ Carnegie Mellon Summer Academy for Math + Science: Open to rising juniors and seniors who show strong academic potential, as well as an interest in math or science. The curriculum for students will include non-credit courses designed and taught by members of the Carnegie Mellon faculty, outstanding teachers and graduate students carefully chosen because of their commitment to teaching and their ability to relate to 11th and 12th grade students. Upperclass students will serve as classroom assistants, tutors and mentors to program participants. Courses will include engineering and science projects, as well as SAT/college preparation and advanced math courses. The courses, housing, and meals are FREE, but students will need to pay for their books, supplies, and transportation. See this link for more details. Program Duration: July 1st - August 11th. + Dartmouth Bound Summer Program: The Dartmouth Bound STEM Program provides participants with insight into what life is like at Dartmouth, as well as information about the admissions and financial aid process. Program highlights include seminars, tours, and financial aid workshops. All students accepted into the program have their transportation costs covered. Eligibility: Participants must have a teacher or mentor recommend them for the program. For more information, see here.

+ Indiana University of PA Summer Honors Program: Rising high school juniors and seniors are invited to spend 2 weeks on IUP’s campus to see what college life is all about. Students will take interdisciplinary honors courses in the morning, followed by an afternoon course on the topic of your choosing. This program creates a safe environment for you to explore college life. See here for further information. Program Duration: July 9th – 22nd. Apply By: May 1st.
+ Intermediate Cyber STEM Camp at UMD: The Intermediate CyberSTEM camp is a one-week commuter summer program at the University of Maryland, College Park for high school (incoming 9th and 10th grade) girls who are interested in the growing field of cybersecurity. This 5 day experience provides hands-on activities focused on STEM and cybersecurity topics. Camp is held from 9am-3:30pm and aftercare is available for an additional fee. Visit here for details. + Johns Hopkins University CTY (Center for Talented Youth): Three week academic and social camp at various sites both in the U.S. and abroad for 7-12th grade students. Try out an academic subject field that you want to learn more about before going to college! See website for more information: here. Program Duration: Session I: June 25th -July 14th OR Session II: July 2nd - July 21st. Apply By: April 8th.
+ Johns Hopkins University Summer Discovery: 2-5 weeks of academic and social activities. Summer Pre-College Programs at Johns Hopkins help you prepare for your transition from high school to college. Our pre-college programs combine academics, athletics, and activities to give high school students a great introduction to college life. Classes are held in engineering, writing, mathematics, and the arts & Sciences. See here for program information. Program Duration: Multiple sessions ranging from May 29th to August 3rd. Apply By: To qualify for financial aid, submit your application by March 16th, 2018.
+ Stanford University-Level Online Math and Physics Courses: For students who have surpassed their high school’s math and physics curriculum, University-Level Online Math and Physics courses are offered throughout the year and are largely self-paced, giving students the opportunity to take a broad array of math and physics courses. Expert instructors are available for optional office hours to meet with students online and offer assistance as they progress through the course material. All courses carry Stanford University Continuing Studies credit.
+ Lebanon Valley College Actuarial Science Camp: LVC has had a successful Actuarial Science Program for more than 40 years, and we’ve run this summer camp for more than three decades. Leveraging industry connections and alumni suggestions, we’ve forged an authentic experience that features interaction with actuaries and an introduction to relevant software and content. During the week, students live on campus in a residence hall with Resident Assistants who are current LVC students. Students will eat their meals in the Allan W. Mund College Center. The camp fee is $900, and it covers all camp-related expenses, including room, board, and access to campus facilities. Apply here. Program Duration: June 24-29, 2018 OR July 8-13, 2018. +PACAC Camp College: Camp College is an intensive three day/two night workshop designed for 60 rising high school seniors and juniors. Paired with mentors, participants will learn about all aspects of the college search and application process, experience life in the residence halls, learn about financial aid, standardized test exams and have a lot of fun! At the end of Camp College, we expect that the students will be equipped with the tools to navigate the college application process. Learn more and apply here.
