What is Common App?
Common App is a platform where students can create an account, input their information (academic, athletic, community, etc.) and complete college applications. Common App makes it easy for students to apply to multiple colleges or universities at once. Common App also offers a variety of resources for students in their college planning.

Scholarship Eligibility
Not all scholarships are for high GPAs. There are many different qualifications and many students are eligible!

It is never too early to start your search:
Some scholarships require transcripts, essays and recommendation letters, so it is important to start the application process early.
Many scholarships are also available for underclassmen!
Scholarship Scams
​Be wary of any organization or company that charges you a fee for their services, you should never have to pay for a scholarship application.
It can never be guaranteed that you will receive a scholarship. If this is advertised on a database, use caution.
If you are unsure if a scholarship offer is legitimate, research the foundation or program to see if it is a credible scholarship.
